Pierre Gimonnet Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne 375ml

The 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs is a "Grower Champagne" made of Chardonnay from Premier Cru sites in Cuis. This remains a very clean and focused style of Blanc de Blancs drawn from the family's holdings in Cuis.  The nose shows a light citrus, almost saline, and just there cream. The palate is light with a clean and focused with light minerality and just there citrus.
