RETURNS: Under California law we may only accept returns of goods that were purchased in error. However, your choice of our company is the crucial to us, so we aim to make sure every customer is a happy one. We strive to deliver high quality products, reliable shipping that gets to you as quickly as possible, and exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us right away. We will do all that we can to make things right. OLDER WINES: We do our best to ensure proper temperature-controlled storage and provenance. However, we cannot be responsible for wines older than five years from the latest vintage release. This is in the wine industry standard.

HEAT AND FILL LEVELS: Heat is the enemy of wine. Out of fairness to our clientele, we cannot accept any returns of wines showing evidence of heat damage. When it comes to the shipping of wines, we keep an eye on the weather. If you select ground shipping to a very hot climate, we will contact you to suggest faster shipping or request that you fill out a waiver assuming liability in the event the wine is damaged.
