Outward Valdiguie Shell Creek 2025

Valdiguie is certainly not a grape name that comes to mind when asked for people's top ten varieties. It is having something on a moment in the lighter bodied /chilled red vibe. This is made by Ryan Pace and Natalie Siddique from the Shell Creek vineyard on the San Luis Obisbo (SLO) Coast. The nose opens with light spice, tart cherry, boysenberry and pomegranate. On the palate the pomegranate pops with raspberry and cherry. A chilled red option for sure. MK D&M Tasting Notes May 2026
