Lamiable 1er Cru Antares Brut Champagne

This bottle, the Antares, is from the family holdings in Billy le Grand, all from the 2019 vintage. It is composed of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, raised in stainless steel and after just shy of two years on its lees disgorged with a dosage of 10 grams per liter. The nose opens with aromas of citrus, apple skin, cool pear, clay and almondine. The palate is moderate in weight with apple, citrus, clay and almonds. - D&M TASTING NOTES (MK)
