La Manufacture Chablis Champs du Puits 2023

This is a project done by Benjamin Laroche where he will raise cuvees separate from his family's operation. This bottling comes from the single site ‘Champs du Puits’ and was raised in around 80% Stainless Steel with some old barrels. The nose shows a delightful cut of chalk, some minerality, and just there citrus notes of lemon and key lime. The palate is just shy of moderate in weight with moderate acidity and a flavor set of citrus, chalk, and key lime. - D&M TASTING NOTES
