OVERVIEW: “A limited-edition, annual release rye whiskey, known for being a seasonal favorite for the winter. This particular expression is a blend of different straight rye whiskeys, with a finish in ruby and tawny port barrels that impart flavors of dried fruit, plum, and spice over a base of classic rye notes like vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon.”

TASTING: “NOSE - Aromas of mulled wine, dark cherry, fig, and cinnamon layered over vanilla and toasted oak; PALATE - Notes of spiced plum, clove, black currant, and caramelized sugar, with a velvety influence from the port cask; FINISH - Long, warming, and velvety with lingering spice, dried fruit, and oak undertones.”
