Charles de Cazanove Tete de Cuvee Brut Champagne

This is a blend of roughly 40 percent each of Pinot Noir (Montagne de Riems) and Pinot Meunier (Valley of the Marne), with the balance being Chardonnay (Cote de Blancs.) It was finished with a dosage of 8 grams per liter. The nose is straightforward with an aroma set of citrus, green apple, a bit of cream and a light minerality. The palate is crisp and to the point with notes of citrus, green apple, and light cream. Good on its own as an aperitif.
