OVERVIEW: “Like Bardstown Bourbon Company, Foursquare is defined by innovation and transparency throughout their production process. Enjoy this custom blend of 7 yr rye and 17 yr bourbon, designed to beautifully accentuate Barbados flavor, aged for 23 months in Foursquare rum barrels.”

TASTING: “Plantain, toasted almond, and clove meld with coconut, peanut, orange zest, and raisin. A vibrant palate balances rye spice with aged oak, leading to an enveloping, complex finish of baked fruit, lingering spice, and caramel sweetness.”

MASH BILL/SOURCE/AGING: 90%: Corn 45% / Rye 51% / Malted Barley 4% (Indiana - Aged 7 years); 10%: Corn 84% / Rye 8% / Malted Barley 8% (Tennessee - Aged 17 years)
