WINERY NOTES:
Argyle farms four estate vineyards making up nearly 500 acres in the Willamette Valley, with the majority in the Eola-Amity Hills and Dundee Hills nested AVAs.Regenerative farming encourages the symbiotic relationship between the earth and the vine in tandem with the development of habitats for native flora and fauna. Our result from sustainable and responsible practices includes healthier soils, energetic vineyards and fruit. The elegant mix of two estate vineyards brings forth a sleekness with tension. Raspberry, cacao and violets unfold on the palate, complemented by polished tannin.

FERMENTATION: Fruit was filled into traditional Argyle 1.5 ton bins, 50% whole cluster, fermenting for 14 to 20 days. Fruit was gently pressed and racked to barrel
