Ameztoi Getariako Txakolina Rubentis 2025

This is quite classic in the style we have come to love; it remains a zippy, slightly spritzy rose from Spain's Basque region. The nose opens with a light yellow habanero, early season strawberry, watermelon rind, and some pretty sea spray notes. On the palate this is light with moderate acidy and a flavor set that nicely echoes the nose. This is great for seafood, veggie dishes and North African dishes with moderate spice.
