OVERVIEW: “Tansy Nero d’Avola is a vibrant tribute to Sicilian tradition, expressed through a distinctly California lens. Our inaugural release reveals layers of ripe black cherry, red plum, and pomegranate, lifted by notes of fennel frond, tobacco leaf, and a touch of bitter blood orange zest. Natural acidity and soft, rounded tannins make this wine effortlessly food-friendly and bright. (125 cases produced)”

VINEYARD: “We’re honored to source this wine from Fox Hill Vineyard, nestled on the Talmage Bench in Mendocino County—an ancient riverbed of redvine clay, pebbly sandstone, and quartz. Now CCOF certified organic, the vineyard has transitioned over years to sustainable practices including cover crops and rotational sheep grazing. With over 25 Italian varietals thriving on site, Fox Hill is a rare California gem—and the perfect home for our Nero d’Avola.”
