Marioni "Pino Red Table Wine" Petaluma Gap Pinot Noir 2021

WINERY NOTES:

This was our first year farming this hill top, beautiful 10 acre vineyard of Pinot Noir on Lakeville highway in the Petaluma Gap region. I decided to have a go at a more Burgundian style, fully destemmed and aged in neutral barrels. The acidity took a long time to integrate into the wine and reveal the underlying cherry, beautiful black tea, spice and flowery notes of this bigger Pinot.
