Bichery Les Terres Melees Brut Nature 2022

Bichery is from the small village of Neuilly Sur Seine, on the banks of the Seine River near its source. The estate's ~7 hectares are farmed organically by Raphaël and Hannah Piconnet. 

Terre Melees translates roughly to mixed earth, a name chosen to reflect the multiple parcels that make up this cuvee (Les Mees, Val Lige, Val Cureux, and La Fontaines du Noyer), which are all planted to Pinot Noir. The nose opens with a light note of cream, quince, baked apple, lemon and oak notes. On the palate this is present with a light note of cream, citrus, quince, baked apples, and a clay minerality that shows a flint edge. MK D&M Tasting Notes Jan 2026
