Bainbridge Yama - Mizunara Oak

The world's only non-Japanese whiskey aged exclusively in virgin Mizunara oak casks. Crafted from a 100% Washington-grown USDA Organic grain bill of Alba and Full Pint barley, unmalted, this whiskey is twice pot distilled and matured for a minimum of five years in Japanese-made 66-gallon Mizunara oak barrels.

On the palate, it offers aromatic notes of sandalwood, tropical flowers, star anise, and joss incense, complemented by flavors of nutmeg, clove, pear, marzipan, toasted coconut, and yuzu. The finish lingers with subtle spice, honey, and oak.

Recognized as Craft Whiskey of the Year by *Whisky Advocate* magazine, this whiskey has also earned seven consecutive titles as America’s Best Grain Whiskey at the World Whiskies Awards. Additionally, it has consistently achieved Double Gold and Gold accolades at the San Francisco and New York World Spirits Competitions from 2019 to 2023.
