Riesling sparkling wine made from 100% Riesling form the Nieder-Flörsheimer Goldberg, grown on calcarous clay marl soils with fine minerality. The base wine aged for 10 months in 1000 liter clay amphorae. Disgorged after 36 months on the lees. Brut Nature.
