D'Alfonso - Curran Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir 2020

WINERY NOTES:

Dark garnet in color with wonderful aromatics of blueberries and black cherry, with hints of violets, sandalwood and cardamom. This Pinot Noir is rich, with excellent structure and silky tannins, leading to a very long, supple finish. Pairs well with Grilled Meats, Middle Eastern Dishes, Indian Cuisine or simple Burgers and Pizzas.

FERMETATION: 100% destemmed, 4 day cold soak at 40ºF, inoculated and held below 76ºF for 17 days on skins

AGING: ±16 months in French Oak barrels

ABV: 14.1%
