TASTING: “The first nose is on pastry aromas, mixing notes of caramelized apples, crème brûlée and eg cream. It then opens up to a classic rancio of dry spices marked by nutmeg. The mouth is ample and round. Gingerbread on the finish.”

PRODUCTION: “Double distillation in a copper pot still; Aging in old Calvados casks and old Sauternes casks.”
