Leopold Bros 9 Year Three Chamber Rye

This is lifted and so very pretty style of Rye with almost white flowers, lilac, just cooked rye bread, a bit of bruleed orange peel, and a sense of fresh grain with the faintest hit of dill. The palate has a pepper edge with some fresh grains towards honey and butter on rye bread.

TASTING: "Rich aromas of peanut shell, maple syrup, cocoa nibs, and hazelnuts followed by wafts of fruits like plum, cherries, apricot and orange marmalade. In the finish, you will find the floral notes that are the hallmarks of Three Chamber Rye: lavender, rose, elderflower, and chamomile. (54.5% ABV)"
